The FreePlay Duo turns the concert stage into a Manhattan jazz club for an evening of sophisticated jazz. Dylan and Suba evoke the sounds of Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington and Charlie Parker with their unique blend of virtuosic bebop chops and soulful interpretation of jazz standards.
Through the FreePlay Duo is known worldwide for its cross-genre programming, the Duo can also provide genre-specific programming ideal for Jazz Festivals. The Duo provides a wide palette of jazz flavours far beyond the normal expectations of a duo: from Suba’s soulful standard interpretations to Dylan’s bebop scat stylings, a cappella or accompanied by piano, bass or guitar.
